The company's cryptocurrency farm in Karaj is located on the site of Payam Transport Airport. To preview this 5,500-square-meter farm, it was necessary to prepare a comprehensive 3D model to best describe the environment, facilities, and arrangements of Payam's cryptocurrency farm to investors and shareholders.

Mabna Cryptocurrency Farm

Parts of the Mabna farm can be rebuilt and sold to customers and investors, such as the cellulose-cooled miners' container, which is compact and capable of housing 300 miners in a centralized farm measuring 3 x 3 x 6 meters. These container boxes, which are manufactured by the Mabna company, have high cooling capabilities and good efficiency for all cryptocurrency devices. Therefore, it was necessary to create an animation that details the operation of this container for customers in a phased manner, and this animation was produced by Afagh Studio.

Providing the necessary 3D modeling to guide the installation of projectors in their location by measuring and determining the angle to provide optimal lighting.

To solve the security challenges of the farm and prevent the theft of miners and its equipment, Given the five thousand meter area and the complexities related to locating cameras and optimizing the site's lighting at night, Specialized simulation software was used for this purpose. Therefore, according to the results of these simulations and analyses conducted after the optimizations were implemented, a total of 72 CCTV cameras were arranged and installed on the site in a way that, in addition to having no blind spots, they also overlap each other. Also, the necessary lighting was provided with projectors, especially in accident-prone areas, without shining directly on the cameras.

Due to the humid climate of Kish Island, we could not use air directly to cool the miners in our design because the high temperature and humidity would reduce the life cycle and efficiency of the miners.
Therefore, with a new design, we placed the miners in mineral oil aquariums.
To reduce energy consumption and increase efficiency, we cooled the mineral oil with a GHE piping system and drycoolers, which is a combination of two passive and active systems.
Thus, considering the high subsurface water level on Kish Island and its temperature of 19 degrees throughout the year, the oil is first pre-cooled using heat exchangers installed in the ground and then goes to the dry cooler to reach the desired temperature and then returns to the miners.
